gggjl Terms & Conditions – Legal Agreement for Casino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by gggjl (the "Platform"), including but not limited to the website located at https://gggjl.cam, mobile applications, and all related software and services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. Continued use of gggjl services constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

gggjl is operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine gambling laws, regulations, and PAGCOR directives. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a gggjl account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity. gggjl strictly enforces age verification in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are intended for users who are either residents of the Republic of the Philippines or physically present within Philippine territory at the time of access. gggjl employs geo-location verification technology to ensure compliance. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent that you are of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, are not prohibited by any law or regulation from using online gaming services, and are not subject to any self-exclusion or ban from gambling establishments in the Philippines or elsewhere.

2.4 Account Restrictions

You may register only one (1) account with gggjl. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Each account must be registered in the User's true legal name and may not be shared with any other person. Accounts registered under false names, using fraudulent documents, or for the benefit of third parties will be terminated immediately and all funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of gggjl Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and any other information required by PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3.2 Identity Verification

gggjl is required by law to verify the identity of all users. Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you must provide government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and any additional documentation requested for AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism) compliance.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension. gggjl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify gggjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. gggjl is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. You agree not to share your account with any third party or allow anyone else to use your account credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

gggjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete identity verification; (d) chargebacks or payment disputes; (e) use of prohibited software or tools; or (f) extended periods of account inactivity.

Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and your remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to gggjl. gggjl is not liable for any consequential damages arising from account termination.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gggjl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter cash deposit (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier), cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at gggjl's discretion. Users may set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings in their account dashboard.

4.3 Processing Time and Fees

Most deposits are credited to your gggjl account instantly or within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours during banking hours. gggjl does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gggjl reserves the right to request documentation proving the legitimate source of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transactions, in compliance with AML/CFT regulations.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on gggjl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates, and conversion fees may apply.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time through the account dashboard. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with AML/CFT requirements.

5.2 Processing Time

gggjl aims to process withdrawal requests within 1-2 hours for GCash and Maya, and within 24-48 hours for bank transfers and other payment methods. Processing times may be extended for manual review due to security checks, large withdrawal amounts, or incomplete verification.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Daily withdrawal limits are ₱50,000 for standard accounts and ₱500,000 for VIP accounts. Higher limits may be requested and are subject to approval.

5.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, whenever possible, to comply with AML regulations. If withdrawal to your deposit method is not feasible, you may be required to provide additional verification before funds can be sent via an alternative method.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal, even if no bonus was claimed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.6 Fees

6.6 Cancellation of Bonuses

You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account dashboard. Cancelling a bonus will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it, but your original deposit and winnings from that deposit will remain in your account.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in collusion.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, using insider information, or employing any cheating strategy.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, analyze games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated play, risk-free strategies, or any method inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using gggjl services to launder proceeds from illegal activity or to finance terrorism.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your account or participate in gambling.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue with gggjl customer support.
• Offensive Conduct: Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in communications with gggjl staff or other players.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including winnings), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gggjl's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

gggjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a dispute with gggjl, you must first contact our customer support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident giving rise to the dispute. Provide a detailed description of your complaint along with any supporting evidence. gggjl will investigate and respond within seven (7) business days.

11.2 Escalation to Management

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint to gggjl management by emailing [email protected]. Management will review the complaint and provide a final decision within fourteen (14) business days.

11.3 PAGCOR Appeal

If you remain dissatisfied with gggjl's final decision, you may appeal to PAGCOR, our regulatory authority, in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint procedures.

11.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Modifications to Terms

gggjl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the gggjl website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
